Flower Bouquet


Made this beautiful edible flowers for my mom for Valentine's day this year....something different instead of the typical flowers that won't leave an everlasting mark. The cupcakes are: Lemon and Pandan Chiffon cupcakes topped with pink whipped cream Roses and violet whipped cream Hydrangeas....

Lemon Chiffon Cupcake w/ Lemon Whipped Cream Frosting






A customer wanted a tart cupcake....so here it is....lemon chiffon cupcake with lemon whipped cream frosting.  The cupcake was so light and fluffy and the lemon whipped cream with its tartness just added the perfect touch! I also loved how one can see the little lemon speckles of lemon zest on the frosting!
